Shipping and Delivery Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS

We ship to all 50 United States and internationally. We are not able to ship items to APO/military addresses. Only shipments within the 48 contiguous United States qualify for free shipping. Most products ship out within 2-3 business days; however, items that are custom made may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. Orders placed with free shipping are generally processed within 24 hours after order placement. Please note, orders that have been prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Method

Orders will be shipped via freight (unless otherwise noted). Generally anything over 70 lbs will ship via freight carrier. Delivery is to address provided. If you require items to be delivered inside, please contact us to set it up.

Free/Included Items

Free or bonus items included with purchase may be substituted with other items of similar value as necessary and will be shipped using the lowest cost means available.

Tracking Information

Once your item(s) have shipped, we will update the status of your order and send you a notification email with the tracking information.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If your order is processing and you need to change the shipment address, a reroute fee of $20.00 may apply.

DELIVERY

Free shipping is available on most orders over $99.00 to any address in the contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or on any international orders (including Canada). Free shipping delivery dates are best estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Orders placed with free shipping are generally processed within 24 hours after order placement and generally ship within 48-72 hours after order placement.

NEVER REFUSE A DELIVERY

All deliveries refused by customers will be subject to the same terms and conditions of our Return Policy. We want the best buying experience for our customers and we ask that you please accept the package and contact our customer service center so we may address any concerns that you may have.

If you elect to refuse the delivery of the items you ordered from UpTubs or return items without requesting a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, then a restocking fee of up to 25% plus original shipping charges will be deducted from your return credit or billed to you.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please check the packaging of your item(s) prior to signing for delivery. If you notice any damage or missing parts, notify us immediately. We will make an effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements ASAP without extra cost.

In case of damaged packages or missing boxes:
  • Write “Package Damaged” when you sign for delivery on the delivery bill (also known as a bill of lading). Please take photographs and send them via email to hello@uptubs.com. This helps ensure a quick and easy exchange process.
  • For items that look significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery and write “Refused Damage” on the paperwork. This will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. Notify us at once for refused deliveries so we can anticipate the return shipment.
  • For accepted items with damage or missing parts, do not discard the packaging. Contact us ASAP with photos and we will ship the replacement parts zero charge.
  • Most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery, so do not delay. If we cannot replace parts, we will have the carrier pick up the item and send a replacement. Again, all returned products should be in the original packaging.
UpTubs and its manufacturers/suppliers reserve the right to first fix your product with a replacement part. Most transit damage can be fixed with a simple replacement part.

If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned under our Return Policy. If we made an error and it cannot be remedied, we will arrange the return of the item to us.

Paid Shipping Terms

Merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer require 24 - 48 hour processing time. Please note that all shipping windows refer specifically to business days, not calendar days. Paid shipping methods are guaranteed up to the amount of any paid product.
