Shipping Delivery and Damage Policy
SHIPPING METHOD
Orders will be shipped via freight (unless otherwise noted). Generally anything over 70 lbs will ship via freight carrier. Delivery is to address provided. If you require items to be delivered inside, please contact us to set it up.
FREE/INCLUDED ITEMS
Free or bonus items included with purchase may be substituted with other items of similar value as necessary and will be shipped using the lowest cost means available.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your item(s) have shipped, we will update the status of your order and send you a notification email with the tracking information. Please read the information in the email as it contains instructions on how to receive your item(s) and our Damage Policy.
DELIVERY
Free shipping is available on most orders over $99.00 to any address in the contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or on any international orders (including Canada). Free shipping delivery dates are best estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Orders placed with free shipping are generally processed within 48 hours after order placement and generally ship within 48-72 hours after order placement.
Never refuse a shipment for delivery, even if damaged.
PAID SHIPPING TERMS
Merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer require 24 - 48 hour processing time. Please note that all shipping windows refer specifically to business days, not calendar days. Paid shipping methods are guaranteed up to the amount of any paid product. Any order expedited at checkout is expected to ship within this window.
DAMAGE POLICY
All shipments should be inspected at delivery and any damage noted on the Delivery Receipt. Any Delivery Receipt signed without damage noted will be understood as a damage-free reception.
We have a 24 hour policy from the time of the delivery to report the damaged item(s). Email hello@uptubs.com with a description of the damage along with pictures of the damage and the box (as it was received). We will work diligently to get a replacement sent as soon as possible.
Any Delivery Receipt signed clear or any report of damage outside of 24 hours may result in no replacement item(s) being sent since the damage was not reported or noted.
