Orders will be shipped via freight (unless otherwise noted). Generally anything over 70 lbs will ship via freight carrier. Delivery is to address provided. If you require items to be delivered inside, please contact us to set it up.
FREE/INCLUDED ITEMS
Free or bonus items included with purchase may be substituted with other items of similar value as necessary and will be shipped using the lowest cost means available.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your item(s) have shipped, we will update the status of your order and send you a notification email with the tracking information.
DELIVERY
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or on any international orders (including Canada). Free shipping delivery dates are best estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Orders placed with free shipping are generally processed within 48 hours after order placement and generally ship within 48-72 hours after processed.
PAID SHIPPING TERMS
Merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer require 24 - 48 hour processing time. Please note that all shipping windows refer specifically to business days, not calendar days. Paid shipping methods are guaranteed up to the amount of any paid product. Any order expedited at checkout is expected to ship within this window.
